Topics range from how digital is changing photography and how it is influencing the next generation to field techniques along with on location tips & tricks to take with you into the field.

A talk on the amazing Barn Owl & Short-Eared Owls I have spent many hours photographing in many varied weather conditions over the past year, I will talk to you about the challenging aspects of this project I faced along the way, the setup I used along with tips and hints for you to be able to find and photograph Owls local to you!

This talk is based and on & around my favourite gallery ''Sea Life'' and the amazing sight that happens every year on the cliff face at Bempton & Islands like Skomer & The Farnes bringing thousands and thousands of Puffins, Gannetts, Gullimots & more to the areas making 'cities' of Wildlife.

This talk focuses on the discussing the amazing nature of these birds and how to create that different shot that know one else looks for, with technique guides and tricks to make your images stand out, no matter what kit you have!

Using the best of the light to capture the greatest images. This is a talk designed to show you how to get the best images possible using the right light early morning at Dawn and the amazing light at Dusk. 

I will be talking you though a few typical long 22hour days in the field I endure to get the shot. Talking you though which areas of the day suit best with the light using this to your advantage to capture that image you have always wanted. Continuing this further we will be discussing what perspective is best to use and angles to photograph your subject. Taking you though every step in the field.

Canary Islands is home to some vast open desert & volcanic spaces home to rare and indigenous wildlife like the Houbara Bustard & Cream Coloured Courser. I will be talking about how to photograph and find these amazing birds and tips to get the shot with other varied species like Spectacled Warblers, Stone Curlew and other rare birds across the Islands.

Along with this I will be talking you though with a slideshow presentation of these birds and talking about the conservation issues the Houbara Bustard are facing and other species that numbers have been falling due to hunting and other human effects on the land which we will be discussing this on a general issue worldwide.

''Processing Power''

The modern age now means many photographers are using 'Post Processing' as a massive aid to their photography to manipulate Images or enhance shots taken, a major step up from the film decade.

In the talk we will be processing a set of images and giving you hints and tips to improve your post processing techniques to help you bring out the best in your images. During the later half of this talk I will be inviting members of the audience to bring their own images up and editing those on the big screen to give the audience the best experience and growth of knowledge from the session.
